setup to measure susceptibility of paramagnetic solution by Quinck`s
tube Method. Susceptibility refers to that quantity of a substance by
virtue of which the substance get magnetized. In other words, it refers
to the extent of induced magnetization in unit field. On the basis of

Automatic Compression Testing Machine for Concrete Testing - The Automatic Compression Testing Machine is a fully automated version of the manual / semi automatic Compression Testing Machine. The machine is available in 500kN, 1000kN, 2000kN, 3000kN, 5000kN Ranges. It has provision for automatically turning the pump on and off, controlling the set pace rate and switching the machine off under predetermined conditions. The Control release the pressure at the end of every run and reinitializes the machine at the beginning of every test. The pace rate is maintained by means of full three term PID feedback control using high torque stepper motors and drivers sets. Data acquisition, storage, management and analysis are all fully automated. The load resolution is for is 0.1kN for machines upto 1000kN capacity & 1.0kN for the 2000kN, 3000kN & 5000kN Machines. The complete unit comprises of: Loading Unit : The loading unit is of fully welded construction having a cross head, base and solid side plates. The hydraulic jack is fixed to the base. The platens of the machine are hardened, ground and polished. The upper platen is provided with self-aligning action. To facilitate testing of various size specimens, suitable size spacers are provided complete with ball seating arrangement. Pumping Modlule : This has a two-speed hydraulic motor driven pump and a bonded strain gauge based pressure transducer. Digital Head : This contains all the electronic system for controlling the pace rate, acquiring and storing test-data, communicating with the computer and operating the load-release motor. Vibrating Machine for Cement Testing - Concrete moulds are easily cast by using a tamping bar or a vibrating table. However air trapped in cement mortar paste can not be thus removed while casting cement mortar moulds. Easy method is to impart greater vibrating of lesser amplitude to the mould while casting This is achieved in a vibrating machine. Vibrating machine is used for the preparing of mortar cubes for the determination of compression strength of ordinary and rapid hardened Portland cement, low heat Portland cement, Portland blast furnace cement and high alumina cements. The machine consists of a vibrating frame assembly and an electric motor mounted on a sturdy base. The complete frame assembly consists of a vice to hold a 7.06cm cube mould and two studs threaded at top and a hopper to feed the sample in the mould. This assembly is supported on four springs and has an in built rotating shaft which rotates eccentrically and thus imparts vibrations to the entire frame. A balance weight is an integral bottom part of the frame. The centre of gravity of the assembly is brought to the centre of the eccentric shaft within a distance of 25mm below it. The electric motor drives the shaft of the frame and thus imparts required vibration to the moulds. The frequency of vibration is 12000 +/- 400 Vibration Per Minute. Supplied complete with on 7.06 cm Cube Mould with loose base plate, a time switch 0-5mins x 1mm. Spares : Set of springs, belt and belt guard.
